limited menuunderwhelming selection
my stay wasn't exactly seamless. i found the minibar selection quite underwhelming , it was hardly stocked. the room service menu seemed limited , not a lot of options met my expectations.

The location was convenient (close to the opera house).
The room I had was not great. It was small and lacked room to move around comfortably. I found the bed quite uncomfortable. It sagged on one side (made it hard to sleep well). The price did not match the quality of the room.

the staff offered helpful recommendations on local attractions. the room was well-designed and clean. the mini bar items were included, a NICE surprise.
the room was quite small with limited space to move. i thought that the bed sagged on one side, which affected comfort. the continental breakfast seemed overpriced at 64 chf.
